My most recent work was leading a design vision and strategy for the YouTube Community & Fan Engagement team, creating new ways to foster meaningful connections between creators and fans on the YouTube platform. I was responsible for driving roadmap definition and execution, cross-team collaboration and executive alignment.

I led designs for Lead Ads for Facebook App Monetization. Empowered advertisers by creating innovative tools with effective information architecture; Elevated consumer engagements by modernizing the form experience; Improved product quality and user satisfaction by overhauling the Salesforce CRM integration experience.

I led a design initiative for Instagram Core Business & Monetization. My main focus was unlocking organic monetization opportunities for SMBs through native transactions, integrated payments, and appointment booking services. I also drove business growth by establishing new business conversion flow, and created tools for Business Messaging and Insights.

I led New User Onboarding Experience for Oculus Go, which is Oculus’ first standalone VR headset. I created the mobile companion app from scratch, and also defined the headset unboxing experience with 3D animation and its 1st-time setup flow in VR.

I led YouTube Search & Discovery, where I envisioned the next generation of YouTube Search with broad queries. I created a Watch Card framework which was originally featured for 2016 Olympics and has been applied to multiple verticals on YouTube today. I also designed the "Creator on the Rise" feature that promotes emerging creators and music artists on YouTube.

I was one of the 5 system designers and worked on 3 versions of Android OS (5.0 Lollipop to 8.0 Oreo) and the 1st version of Material Design.

I started my career at Google Analytics, where I launched design solutions for E-commerce Analysis, Audience Reporting, Multi-Channel Funnels, Conversion Tracking & Attribution Modeling Tools. I also led a design initiative for Google Analytics’ first native app on mobile.
